Europe 2011/12 - Day 15 - Brussels & Amsterdam

and only one night in Brussels - onwards on the 822 to Amsterdam to catch an Ajax game today!

our 822 train to amsterdam centraal. CS and I will meet JZ there to head to the game together :)

then we headed back towards town, for some food. and to have a look at downtown Amsterdam too of course

in downtown Amsterdam, everyone cycles. look at how many bicycles there are at this bicycle parking lot. how in the world can you find your one!

amsterdam canals! they are also canal house boats in the background. they are pretty cool

that was how excited he was about pancakes. yes yes we get it!

then after pancakes, CS and I went onwards (back) towards the central station to catch our 10hr overnight train to Berlin

turns out our train was onwards towards Warsaw

our carriage turns out to be going to Prague. just double checking that it’ll be on its way to Berlin!

our compartment to sleep in (since we didnt pay extra 50eur to get a sleeper). wasnt too bad though. so - onwards towards Berlin we go!
